This is a full extension project, consisting of a bedroom and a wet room that is specially designed for wheelchair access, as well as providing a wheelchair-friendly lift. This extension project is being completed under the disabled facilities grant, which is fully funded by Copeland Borough Council.

A house refurbishment has been carried out in Askam as the owners were experiencing dampness throughout the property. Samuel Sheldon Ltd Millom has tanked the walls as well as new plastering and rendering. Back in January a kitchen refurbishment was completed for a customer in, Bouth, Ulverston.
