House refurbishment – Askam
Description
This building project consisted of a complete house refurbishment in Askam, Cumbria. Firstly the downstairs had significant issues with damp, so it was a priority to dampproof the affected areas. Once completed, we could move on to refurbishing the kitchen and bathroom.
Samuel Sheldon Ltd also carried out electrical works, including a complete re-wiring and pipework throughout the property.
We used expert joiners to produce bespoke oak furniture, including a staircase, oak sliding doors, bedroom furniture, skirting boards and kitchen worktops.
