Construct a terrace of four, three bedroom houses for our sister company Sheldon Property Developments Ltd.

We were instructed to construct a terrace of four, three bedroom houses via our sister company for eventual re-sale. The houses were designed to provide spacious living space for a family complete with three large bedrooms and an upstairs bathroom.

The ground conditions were found to be very poor and in some areas contaminated, so the extensive concrete steel re-enforced raft foundation was designed and constructed to form the base for the new houses to be built on.
