Description
Replace the existing perished slate roof covering and replace most of the existing roof structure.
The original roof covering was perished and most of the existing purlins and roof spars all required replacement. Along with replacing the timbers and slates the roof was insulated to modern standards with modern materials while the roof was off and the opportunity was present.
