Coming to a finish

Another busy week for Samuel Sheldon Ltd, Let’s look at what has been happening.

A new job has recently started in Broughton; this consists of a prefabricated garage covering the groundworks for a new customer. The garage foundations have been dug and are ready for the sub-structure to be completed next week, along with the concrete base.

We finally have some news on the luxury beach hut in Silecroft. The hot tub arrived and has now been fitted by the team, just in time for some glorious weather. All the electrics are ready for coupling, and we hope to have this project finalised very soon. Final images to follow.

Due to the increased workload, Samuel Sheldon Ltd is still looking to recruit Joiners, General builders, Skilled Labourers, and Plumbers/Bathroom fitters. Please email a C.V and covering letter to karl@samuelsheldon.co.uk if you are interested.

Paul and Ryan have been out and about around Millom and surrounding Copeland areas this week to meet with new customers and provide them with quotes. Some other building works we are carrying out are also very near completion. These are

• House extension on Butler street, Millom, There are some minor jobs left to finish, but we are ready to finalise this project in the next week.
• The outhouse/shed we were working on in Nelson Street, Millom, has now been completed.

We now have the plans for the building project in Ulverston, and we will update you on this once we have started.

The whole house refurbishment in Askam is only a few weeks from completion, with only a few minor jobs left.

And last but not least, the house refurbishment in Coniston is coming along just as planned and is currently being plastered throughout.
